About Kula Yoga

Communion with your true nature.

"Kula" is a sanskrit word which can be translated as "community". This sense of togetherness, of belonging and of connection is central to a Yoga practice. Through Yoga, everyone can experience this union with your authentic self and also with others who regularly come to practice together.

What is Hatha Vinyasa Parampara Yoga?

Lineage, Practice, Love

Hatha Vinyasa Parampara Yoga (HVPY for short) is a style of Yoga developed by Andreas Ruhula and Sybille Schlegel, and follows in the teachings of Sri. TK. Krishnamacharya. You can expect your class to be focussed, structured and balanced. Gentle, guided adjustments are also a key element of the HVPY style and allow you to experience alignment in your body and to achieve a deeper level of physical awareness during the practice.

Your Teacher

"A teacher is nothing more than a friend, and nothing less than a friend." Mark Whitwell

Hi! I'm Hayley, and it is my honour to be your companion on this Yoga journey.

Like so many, I discovered Yoga after suffering from poor mental health in 2017. I found that Yoga was the first school of thinking which encouraged me to connect with my authentic self, and to not rely on answers from external sources. This was life-changing for me and Yoga has been my guide ever since.

I completed my 250 hour Yoga teacher training in Germany in 2022 and am now a mum to my beautiful daughter, Carlotta.
